Express Shipping Nightmare: 19 Days, No Glasses! 😡
My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale. I desperately needed new glasses because my old ones broke, so I ordered a pair on March 30th and paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. What a joke! Day 5 came, then day 10, and my order was still in production. By day 11, I had to call them, furious that I'd paid for speed I wasn't getting, just to get my shipping money back. But even then, my glasses were still nowhere in sight, with delivery still 6 days out! It's day 19 now, and I still have no glasses. This entire ordeal compelled me to reach out to customer service and then write this review, hoping to get some answers and warn others.
