It became impossible to collect the offer when the site is full of glitches. There was No customer Service 24 hours, no agent, which made things even worse. This whole ordeal was incredibly unprofessional, and I simply will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them.

I was told the only solution was to Return them (even though their correct style and prescription) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the bogo they messed up and admitted. That's ridiculous. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with that suggestion.
